Spent $40 CAD on a run and got treated like an inconvenience.
There was no communication at all.
Every time I said something in chat I was ignored.
They skipped mobs and just left me to die trying to follow them. More than once!
I think the one sentence reviews are fake.
I have asked around and they have a rep for not sticking to times, no communication, ignoring the customer.
Their customer service replied back to me basically saying “well you got what you paid for”
I got $40 worth of elitism. Thanks…
