Order it when the messenger was the adept weapon and of course bungie had issues and close trials down. I asked for a refund because that was the only reason I wanted the service and they said they could or they could just hold the order until the messenger was the flawless reward again and it would be priority. I decided to have them hold it. Couple weeks later and the pulse was the adept weapon again and my order was complete within a couple hours of reset. Very customer friendly and very quick. Would recommend.
