Extremely happy with my purchase. Was a slight problem with one of the wheels, it had lost the spring to keep the wheel on. I phone customer services. Got through to a human being, unfortunately can't remember the lady's name but she was very helpful and resolved the problem by sending me a new one. Granddaughter was still happy the wheel stayed on in the house so she could play with the pram pushing it slowly.
