I am deeply disappointed and feel misled by Plixis.com's subscription practices, which border on fraudulent. The representations of easy cancellation and flexibility led me to accidentally subscribe to an annual plan. Despite minimal usage and attempts to cancel, I was denied a refund, which violates basic customer rights and demonstrates non-compliance with ethical business standards. This experience has shattered my trust in the company.
