We use Instagram for brand awareness, so Plixi seemed like a good tool. Scheduling is simple, and the analytics are helpful. However, I was hoping for better review management—handling guest complaints via Instagram is still a manual process. Also, compliance with privacy concerns when using customer WiFi data could be better addressed.
