Our small-batch pet treats weren’t getting any traction on Instagram, even though we had great reviews. Plixi brought in more dog parents and pet wellness folks into our community. One issue: I still can’t figure out how to use all the automation features. It works, but I’m barely using half of it. Engagement is way better though, and we’re seeing an uptick in site traffic too.
