I signed up for Plixi expecting to try their service with a monthly plan, but was unexpectedly charged the full amount for an annual subscription upfront. The pricing is shown as a per-day cost, which I found misleading, especially as it wasn’t clearly stated during checkout that I was committing to a full year in advance.
Shortly after signing up, I realized the error and contacted support to cancel. Despite the fact that I had not used the service at all, they declined to issue a refund, citing non-refundable terms. They offered a credit, but this was not useful to me, as I wanted to fully cancel the account—not continue using it.
Their platform may work for some, but the lack of transparency around pricing and the inflexible refund policy, even when no service has been used, make this a poor customer experience. I would advise others to read the fine print very carefully before signing up.
Very much a scam.
