Leonard was great - very responsive to my messages/calls and proactive in keeping me up to date with findings from his initial visit. He sorted the issues with my taps on the same day and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Leonard was referred to me by a neighbour who also found him to be knowledgable and efficient. Very pleased to have found someone I can rely on for future plumbing issues.
