After numerous phone calls to various gas men I had about given up hope of finding help.... the gentleman I spoke to was polite and friendly and although he was already booked up on a job he took the time to reach out to a colleague who was available within the hour.... between the 2 guys the bird we had trapped down the chimney has now been rescued, and the work carried out at the property was efficiently done, advice was given, extra work was carried out whilst at the job, there were no hidden costs and the extra work was done within the original quote. A huge thank you and will highly recommend.
