Plumbers (2) arrived within the hour. Removed leaking shower unit, but instead of replacing o-rings and washers messed about with the supply pipes and made leak worse. Said it was a cheap unit and wanted to replace it (not cheap £146). I asked them to blank off pipes so I could turn the water supply back on but they said this was not possible. I went to B&Q and bought two 15mm stop ends and blanked off the pipes myself. Ordered a service kit from the manufacturers (free of charge) under the 10year warranty. Plumbers 4 u, a waste of my time and money.
