Twice I have booked days off work so someone could come out and commission our new boiler (as the installer caught Covid)
Twice nobody has turned up!!
Appalling service!
Spent a fortune on a new boiler…lost two days wages waiting for someone to turn up and they didn’t…
And I’ve now got a stinking cold because our house is freezing as we can’t turn the boiler on until it’s commissioned!!
Avoid this company at all costs!!
