Plutus have been withholding £12300 of my money for 5 months now.
I’ve contacted customer service three times since August because I’m unable to withdraw my funds from my plutus account. Every single time they’ve ignored my messages and done nothing to resolve the issue. Not once have I even reached the point of getting a ticket number.
Their treatment of me has been disgustingly unethical. They’re intentionally not allowing me access to my own money. Fortunately, I complained to SEEKRAIL.COM last week they assisted me in getting my money back.
