From the start, they have been helpful, endlessly reassuring, and the guys who carried out the removal from Plymouth to Bristol were simply magnificent - carrying up a heavy metal fire surround three floors without a grump - probably too out of breath! Throughout the entire operation, they were cheerful, as well as careful, and what could have been miserable was made, if not pleasurable, very agreeable. I cannot thank them enough. The office staff - Bonny and Natalie - have also been exceptional. It has been a pleasure to deal with them.
