We bought £3000 worth of shower equipment, they failed to deliver the correct order so I had to cancel the plumber When they did deliver the correct order two sheets of barge board were bent and could not be used, because I had cut one of them they to try and fit it they would not replace the board and charged me over £200 to replace an already damaged item. I went to change a soap dish they supplied and they charged me 25% returns charge, however they never explained that this would happen when I ordered £3000 worth of equipment. If I had known this I would have ordered on line where the shower equipment is cheaper and has free returns policy. Very poor
