From my perspective, because I'm very quick and very sharp, to not have any problems whilst being away for 2.5 weeks, I'm pretty happy. For the first time in 3 years I felt in control in terms of knowing everything in the business, I could look at the message and I understood it straight away. I am looking to extend my holiday cover and get these guys to handle all my calls . I'm very happy, there were no complaints, and it was seamless.
