As a small business I didnt think I would need this service - was totally wrong! I was offered a free trial, which I took thinking I wouldn't really use it. I couldn't believe how much time of mine was taking up answering calls. They learnt the basics of my business meaning that they could even answer questions from my callers, meaning the emails I got from them were really informative and weedled out the time wasters! I 100% recommend!
