Saf messaged the night before to let me know what time he’d be with me. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he would be doing and that he’d need the power off for about 10 minutes when he’d put everything in place. Once it was all finished Saf explained how to use it and how to isolate the Pod Point, if needed. With everything tidied up, he said his goodbyes.
