All done online but forms were simple to use and photos were able to be added where needed. Telephone number was available but I didn't have to contact. Emails sent to make appointment and this was also straight forward to do. Installation was really straight forward and only had power out for 15 mins during install neat work and placed exactly where we wanted it. Installer was really helpful and friendly and answered any questions I had. Would recommend
