It took a while to get a response to repeated support tickets to ask some questions about my installation and the earth bonding before the appointment was made. After that was sorted though, everything was excellent. The installer was great - very helpful and efficient and happy to discuss options as to where it should go etc. Clearly explained how it all worked and connected etc. Very neat and professional job.
