Very good tidy installation by Matt Lofthouse (5-star Servce)
Matt was very polite, helpful and knowledgable. He went the extra mile to complete a very proffesional installation and even cleared all the old Cobwebs from my Electric Meter box!!!!!
I can't fault his workmanship or customer facing skills. I manage a team of Field Service Engineers who look after warehouse automation equipment and know how hard it is to find good Engineers like Matt. So look after him at pay review time and I'm sure you will retain him.
