Placed an order for custom chips for my Mom's birthday. The final chips are really nice, look and feel great, and I got them in about 10 days.
There actually was a small defect on some of the chips... I emailed them a pic and within hours they had acknowledged the mistake and told me they would get replacements out ASAP. They rushed the corrected order out to me and I had it in just a few more days, well before my deadline.
Mistakes happen. Quality businesses own up to those mistakes and make it right. This is one of those businesses.
