My issue is not with the quality it's with the fact that I was not notified that my design would not work with the size of chip I ordered. I now have 100 poker chips that I am unable to use. My recommendation is provide an emphasis on quality control and ensure the customer understands what the final design will look like at the size of chip their ordering.
