Big plus is polish language advisors so i don't have problems with understanding my policy. Big minus is that, Pol-Plan found policy for me which was more expensive than policy which i found myself, when i called to Pol-Plan, new, better policy was on table after few hours. So what be improved is looking for best policy with first time.
