The return policy is pathetic and there is no live agent available to answer calls on phone , email or Instagram ( only chat Bots). They ask for ₹250 for return shipment , once the originally placed order is revived by them , then only a replacement product will be shipped .Also size mentioned on the website are incorrect hence had to request for return that too as a cost to be borne by the customer themselves .They offer bad customer service and support is mismanaged . No recommend for hassle free purchases .
