We bought the Artemis hot tub through Poseidon spas and can’t praise Rob and the team enough for the customer service. The installation went without any issue at all and the phone support to get set up (mainly because I prefer a talk through, rather than read a manual ) was excellent and the process simple. It’s great to know they are on the other end of the phone if there is any problem being first time hot tub users. A great company, which I would highly recommend.
