Really good service all round - easy to chose on website; well packaged and receiver delighted with present. My only observation was that it took longer to deliver than the website indicated - appreciate you are working to Royal Mail constraints but this gift took 3/4 days. Will remember to order sooner next time! Also, there was no message with the present and although I remember writing one it might be that I forgot to press the right button!
