I ordered the letterbox birthday gift for my daughter as I can't see her at the moment. She works so it was important to me that it was posted through the letterbox. Unfortunately Royal Mail didn't put it through her letterbox and she had to wait till the weekend after her birthday before picking it up. She really loved the contents - hence my 4 star review - but I am disappointed that a gift advertised as being suitable to be posted through the letterbox was not. I also ordered flowers from a different letterbox company which were delivered just fine.
