I ordered stuff Mid December for Christmas Gifts, unfortunately they did not arrive on time, so I emailed them to cancel my order and asked for a full refund. I was delighted to have received a full refund without any hassle or numerous emails. I appreciate that postal delivery this year has been extra stretched because of Covid so I do not hold any blame with the company and because of their efficient customer service care with dealing with my refund, I will definitely be purchasing products from them again.
