I've only used the site twice but will certainly be using it again as there is lots of choice and lots of unusual items.
I am particularly impressed with the customer service as I had a problem with the postage of my last parcel - nothing to do with postboxed as it was a scam to do with Royal Mail - and I let the site know what happened. Within one day I had a reply from Liza Mirelman explaining about their security systems etc which was very reassuring.
