Ordered 2 "matchbox" gifts to be delivered to a friend for her birthday - the gifts were supposed to be delivered internationally to France in 3-5 working days. The website subtly warned about the possibility of delays but not enough emphasis was put on this. Her birthday was on the 7th of November, I ordered on the 3rd - thinking a day or two late wouldn't be too much of an issue. It's now the 18th and the French tracking website is saying the recipient has to travel to a collection point and present id in order to receive it. The tracking website has been down for a few days so it's been difficult to check for updates. I now have to tell my friend that the presents I bought for her birthday that happened weeks ago are at some mystery collection point and she needs to go over there and show id to get them? This whole order including the postage cost me £30, and the two products are very small. I am really not happy with this purchase. I've emailed the company but was not offered any kind of compensation for this. DO NOT USE.
