My order arrived very quickly. The items were wrapped in tissue paper, with extra wrapping paper supplied. However, the wrong items had been sent. I contacted Postboxed and had a very swift reply, apologising for the mistake and promising to send the correct items. I was quite prepared to return the unwanted items so I was pleasantly surprised to be told I could keep them. I would definitely use Postboxed again.
