My item was never delivered, and subsequently missed the occasion the item was for. There is no tracking information available from the preferred courier by Postboxed so I can’t get any update on the whereabouts of the parcel.
I am aware these things can happen but the quality of the customer service is poor and not very responsive. When I required about my parcel not being delivered, the response I received from Postboxed was to ask if I had put the postal address in correctly. There was no responsibility being taken from the company to rectify the situation. Chasing up with the courier/ sending out another parcel or issuing a refund would have been a resolution but nothing of the sort has been offered or actioned. I am now trying to get a refund but I don’t hold out much luck as I don’t receive responses in a timely manner to the emails I send.
I can’t comment on the quality of the gift as I haven’t seen it nor has the intended recipient. I wouldn’t use this company again nor would I recommend
