The selection of gifts was really lovely and I loved having the peace of mind that the person I was sending the gift to wouldn't have to rush about going to collection offices if they weren't in for the parcel. They loved the gift, and commented on the beautiful wrapping. My biggest niggle, is that the date for delivery was requested, but the parcel wasn't dispatched until a day after the requested delivery date.
