I forgot to put a message on the gift card but emailed it to Liza who responded promptly and added it for me - great customer service.
I also had this message back from my niece in France 'Thank you for my lovely surprise pressie which the post lady just delivered, a real treat and much appreciated xxx' so a fantastic experience for us all round!
