I had ordered a mothers day gift from postboxed for my mother, and the wrong item arrived for her. It was very disappointing, and she was a little confused as to why I bought her a reusable carrier bag for a mothers day present! Customer service was very helpful when I contacted them, replying on a Sunday and explaining the mix-up in my order. I was told to keep the items delivered as an apology, and given the option of having the box I ordered sent or getting a refund (went with the refund as mothers day had already passed). I think I'll stick to flowers next year and would not use postboxed again, but I appreciate that they did everything in their power to make things right.
