I thought the website and products looked lovely, but the gift I bought still has not arrived, and it's about a week and a half overdue from the requested delivery date. I don't think you guys are to blame, but I hope this gets followed up asap so the gift can be sent to the recipient. Already the surprise has been spoilt because I've had to double check with her that she hasn't received any parcels from me...
