I ordered two postboxed choc sets on a Friday, 1 was delivered promptly, the following Monday however the other went missing. I allowed nearly 2 weeks in view of current postal situation, before contacting postboxed, who quickly arranged for a refund. Amazingly, the missing parcel along with 2 other missing parcels (not postboxed) miraculously turned up on the following day.
I notified Postboxed straight away to re-pay for the chocs. who very kindly waived the charge. What an example of good customer relations.
The chocolates were delicious and I would not hesitate to order from them again in view of the service I received.
