Over a week ago I wrote to the Post Office to ask what the revised hours are now; I need to collect my pension to buy some food. I do not want to make unnecessary journeys. The Post Office have sent stupid emails about verification - All I would like to know are the revised opening hours of the main post office near to me. I gave the full address. The Post Office are incapable of sending a straightforward simple answer. I am going to remove my need to use the Post Office, except for very basic postal needs, once this crisis is over.
