Ex Manager 7 Years - Store Manager left, Deputy Left all due to lack of respect. I managed the store for 7 months right through Christmas working on the same pay as my Sales Assistants and not a penny more. Got promised Deputy, that never came. They said if i ran store for two months I'd get store Manager, that never came. Then told me if I run the store till Christmas I've get Store Manager, come January that never came either. Fake promises to make you run their stores for free. I've now left the company and they haven't paid me my full wage and have left out my holiday pay. Company ignoring emails.
