I've bought several things from Powerbee over the years and thought they were good quality. But then I bought a battery security light which was faulty and had to deal with their "admin", who was rude and unhelpful. I managed to get a returns label from him and sent it back for an exchange but they refunded me and haven't answered subsequent emails. I now see many much cheaper versions of the same light on Amazon, so I've bought from them instead. Reading other reviews it seems I was lucky to get the label and refund. Avoid Powerbee - no clue about customer service!
