Poor response from their customer service regarding a string of white lights that I wished to return. Contacted them by email to enquire about exchanging the item for warm white but was stunned by their reply. Rather than making even the slightest mention that an exchange would be fine, they instead suggested I just purchase another string to save on return postage costs, time spent going to the post office, charges for returning (yes, apparently they deduct a fee for returned items!). They also suggested it may be useful to have a spare set if the first one gets damaged. No suggestion whatsoever that they’d be happy to exchange the item. I see other reviews highlight issues with returning items so I will just keep the item rather than have the hassle of dealing with this company anymore.
