Products have all got 5* reviews except for odd ones that say - 'submit a review'. I bought a product with no reviews which I was unhappy with. When I submitted a review it wasn't published, and neither was the second. The company manages reviews itself - they are not independent. It's clear the company only publishes reviews that are 5*.
