I just called Powerbee to order an extension cable for my Sunspray SE 500. My reason was quite simply because I've had two battery packs fail through leakage and I now want to just run the unit off sun from the optimal position in my garden. I thought I was being helpful in explaining that I'd had two units fail - I wasn't making any form of complaint or asking for a refund. The person I spoke to became very aggressive and told me that the only way the unit could fail through leakage was because I had installed it incorrectly. I didn't understand what he meant as there is no obvious way to "install" the unit other than to make the connections and leave it on the ground. The person I spoke to hung up on me and, when I called back, he told me to "piss off". I will not be making an order but I will be relating this experience on every review site I can find. I've never had such rude behaviour.
