I recently purchased a Panasonic HiFi from Powerbutton at a good price and was delivered promptly. But after six months the remote control was giving problems. Powerbutton responded within 24 hours and arranged an exchange of the faulty handset. This was despatched immediately on receipt from Panasonic and is now working well.
This shows what a good company they are to deal with and I would be happy to deal with again.
