Exceptional customer service!!! It is easy to give a 5 star review when everything goes to plan and I rarely give reviews despite always reading what others have to say about both the product and business. However on this occasion I feel there is something genuinely worth sharing. The TV I purchased from Powerbutton arrived as promised and undamaged but unfortunately there was no sound. I telephoned Powerbutton (Liam) and he was exceptional. After carrying out a couple of checks with me he agreed there was a fault with the TV... he apologised on behalf of Panasonic and less than 25 hours later a replacement was delivered to my home in Scotland and the faulty TV collected! There was a note in the box advising the replacement TV had been checked by Powerpoint (Steve) and the software updated! I highly recommend Powerbutton and will definitely be using them in the future.
