I ordered a pair of Sonos Five wall brackets from Powerbutton, I realised the next day I had made an error on my order, after a quick online chat with Powerbutton I was advised to cancel the order and then raise a new one. I received a refund almost instantly and raised a new correct order which was delivered by DPD on the correct day with an hours time slot. Excellent customer service from the Powerbutton team, they will be my go to retailer for future Sonos purchases
