I never give 5 stars because every company could improve something they do as we are not Robots so occasionally get things wrong! That said. The customer care after the point of my purchase has been great throughout right up until the delivery despite my worries when given my delivery day. However, they were fantastic answering my email almost immediately rescheduling my time delivering promptly well within the hour slot time with a huge smile. I still have yet to open my gift to myself but I'm sure it's fine as the package was in excellent condition.
