First time buying from this outlet. Had a bit of a mare with the checkout process, Internet glitch but managed to correct thanks to help from their sales support. Sonos Arc, sub and SL ones came swiftly, well packaged, sealed and all looked like sent with care. Price was better than Iād found elsewhere, easy setup and sounds great. Well chuffed so far š
