Bought equipment to kit out my garage (rack, weights, bench etc). The kit itself is great, very sturdy and worth spending the extra on.
The delivery and customer service is probably the worst I've received from any company this year. Products constantly out of stock, multiple deliveries of the same kit, poor response to a faulty item, taking over 4 weeks to resolve.
No responses to emails.
I'd be surprised if this company will still be in business in 2021 with this level of service
