Having treated myself to a fairly expensive cross trainer (current sale price approx. 1000 GBP), I would have hoped it would last longer than eight months! The original purchase and delivery went well enough but sadly the after sales contact process leaves an awful lot to be desired. I appreciate that many businesses have been affected adversely by the covid issues but sadly every step of communication relating to my problem has taken an enormous amount of time. More than four months have passed since my initial report of the problem, and I have literally given up emailing the company any longer as it seems I am now being ignored. To be fair, I was offered a refund but due to my address being outside the UK, there was uncertainty about the timeframe for collection due to covid/courier problems, and therefore any refund anytime soon. I decided therefore to ask customer services to locate the assumed spare parts required to attempt a repair of the equipment. Didn't hear anything for one month......emailed again to say exactly that.......and after waiting weeks yet again, that's where the story sadly ends! So, in conclusion, it would seem like if you purchase from this company and the equipment proves to be ok, then all should be well. If however, after purchase, you have problems or faults needing attention or replacement parts, you will need to be incredibly patient and could likely be disappointed. Incidentally, I attempted to post this review elsewhere but it is being removed as powerhouse-fitness do not believe I am/was a genuine customer (despite providing my sales receipt as proof!......unbelievable.)
